Our light-filled room with direct access to the garden invites you to arrive — clear and simple in design, inspired by the Bauhaus architecture of the Waldsiedlung. Experienced teachers guide you mindfully, whether you’re stepping onto the mat for the first time or have been practising for years. Mats and equipment are available to borrow free of charge; after class, the garden in the courtyard invites you to take a little break.
